Anyways... I seriously suck at titles!!
That's my OC Philippines or as I call her, Piri-tan!
The outfit was from 's version of Philippines! Her OC is soooo cute! but the character itself is my OC. Though you can use her just give credit.

I did this in Photoshop since SAI wasn't working.
I miss our main computer!! Oh, and that's just a doodle I colored. - v - which explains the sketchiness...
